Energy$mart Weatherization Program

As part of the U.S. Department of Energy’s Weatherization Assistance Program, since 2009, we have partnered with New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority to help income-qualified residents save money on utility bills by making their homes more energy efficient. Energy$mart makes your home more comfortable and more energy efficient at no cost to you. Homeowners and renters who qualify for this program may receive up to $6,000 in weatherization services.
